During my stay, I felt welcomed like family thanks to the amazing staff and truly enjoyed the quick access to the beautiful Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, which is just a short stroll away, making it easy to explore the lush surroundings and historic charm of Miami.

The King Room was nicely decorated, and the pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day. I really enjoyed chilling by the poolside and grabbed a drink from the terrace which was a great way to relax. Just a heads-up, the bathroom door was a bit tricky to slide, but it didn’t spoil my stay at all! 😊

I had a pleasant stay, as the front desk staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were diverse and included delicious made-to-order omelets. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy space to relax. However, the valet parking charge was a bit of an unwelcome surprise. clearer communication about this would be appreciated.
